College and Career

CHS College Counseling Department is pleased to introduce MaiaLearning, a web-based platform designed especially for career and college planning.  MaiaLearning is a comprehensive website that you and your child can use to support the college application and decision-making process.  The MaiaLearning platform is linked with the Counselor’s office and is a service that we use to track and analyze data about college admission and scholarships. MaiaLearning allows us to share information with you and your child about up-coming meetings and events and other web resources for your college and career search. It provides up-to-date information that is specific to CHS. Announcements are made daily when college reps visit. An email is also sent to parents monthly of when college reps will visit CHS.

Students log into their MaiaLearning.com account by signing in with Google.
Last spring, parents received email instructions regarding how to log into MaiaLearning. For additional questions, contact Jessica Perez.

Current Seniors

All students are required to request their transcripts through MaiaLearning. Once you have submitted your transcript request, the Counseling Office will send your transcript to the requested schools of your choice. Instructions for requesting transcripts in MaiaLearning may be found here. 

Recent Grads (previous graduating year)

If you need an unofficial transcript (insurance discounts, summer programs, etc), you should have access to the records in Powerschool through mid-summer of the graduating school year. If you need an official copy, please reach out to Mrs. Stiegemeier via email or call 314-854-6629. Please make sure you include the email address you want your transcript sent to when requesting a transcript. 

Former Grads

Clayton High School may only process transcripts requests for one school year beyond graduation. For all other transcript requests prior to class of 2023, please contact Julie Engelhard via email.
