- First Week of School (August): Jostens will attend the senior class meeting to share information about ordering caps, gowns, and senior items.
- One Week Later: Jostens will return to CHS to deliver ordered items and collect cap and gown orders. Be sure to meet the order deadline—prices increase the later you order.
- First Week in November: Jostens usually stops coming to CHS to collect orders. After this point, cap and gown orders can only be placed online through the Graduation Center, and shipping costs will apply.
- First Two Full Weeks in May: Advance Placement (AP) Exams are administered.
- On Friday - The Week Prior to Graduation: Senior Send-Off - Detailed information regarding this activity will be sent from our Coordinator of Athletics & Activities - T’Shon Young
Cap and Gown Distribution will take place in the CHS auditorium from
11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This will be the first opportunity for students to pick up their cap and gown!
If a student is unable to pick up their cap and gown during distribution, they may stop by the main office to collect it any time before graduation.
*Note: All cap and gowns are shipped directly to Clayton High School, not to students.
